Went in recently to get my sterling silver bracelet cleaned as it got tarnished whilst at a spa break. Paul and his team reassured me they'd be able to clean my bracelet and also offered to clean my rings for free when I went to collect my bracelet. My bracelet is shiny and clean again and I can't thank Paul and his team enough. A few friends have been to have their rings cleaned for free and were provided with helpful advice on getting their rings adjusted to fit their finger properly - fantastic service and would highly recommend for anyone who needs any of their jewellery cleaned or readjusted.

Paul came to my rescue after I had experienced difficulty with a different jeweller/company, following being dissatisfied with my engagement ring setting. Paul listened to my concerns and was very informative and honest about what could be achieved. On request Paul also kindly filmed parts of the creation of my ring, a very special memento which i cannot wait to see. Paul worked especially hard to ensure my ring was ready for Christmas eve. I didn't actually purchase directly from Paul. My Girlfriend surprised me with a gift (Cartier Roadster Chronograph) watch which I have always wanted. She has had nothing but good praise for the service she received from Paul and Christine which went on for some time from choosing the watch, preparing it etc and keeping in contact with her both face to face and via the phone.When my partner gave me the watch I was very happy however being a used watch there were a couple of scratches and a link that needed taking out in order for it to fit me properly. I have just visited the shop myself today to get these minor jobs done and true to their word within an hour my watch was ready to collect fitting perfect and looking even better than when I first received it. I to can now echo my girlfriends feedback and say they were both a pleasure to deal with. Paul came to my rescue after I had experienced difficulty with a different jeweller/company, following being dissatisfied with my engagement ring setting. Paul listened to my concerns and was very informative and honest about what could be achieved. Paul's knowledge and guidance helped me to receive a refund for the setting I was dissatisfied with from the previous company. Throughout the process I was kept up to date by Christine who was always at the end of the phone to assist me with any queries. My new bespoke engagement ring is more than I could have hoped for. On request Paul also kindly filmed parts of the creation of my ring, a very special memento which i cannot wait to see. Paul worked especially hard to ensure my ring was ready for Christmas eve. I didn't actually purchase directly from Paul. My Girlfriend surprised me with a gift (Cartier Roadster Chronograph) watch which I have always wanted. She has had nothing but good praise for the service she received from Paul and Christine which went on for some time from choosing the watch, preparing it etc and keeping in contact with her both face to face and via the phone.When my partner gave me the watch I was very happy however being a used watch there were a couple of scratches and a link that needed taking out in order for it to fit me properly. I have just visited the shop myself today to get these minor jobs done and true to their word within an hour my watch was ready to collect fitting perfect and looking even better than when I first received it. I to can now echo my girlfriends feedback and say they were both a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.I didn't get to thank you Paul when collecting as I believe you had left for the day and incase Christine doesn't pass it on - THANK YOU! I’ve used this jewellers for a few years to have my wife’s rings cleaned and re coated and can’t fault the care and service provided .The staff are extremely helpful and paul helped me out recently when buying a pre owned watch which he didn’t really have to do but he goes above and beyond for his customers.Highly recommend jewellers

Went in recently to get my sterling silver bracelet cleaned as it got tarnished whilst at a spa break. Paul and his team reassured me they'd be able to clean my bracelet and also offered to clean my rings for free when I went to collect my bracelet. My bracelet is shiny and clean again and I can't thank Paul and his team enough. A few friends have been to have their rings cleaned for free and were provided with helpful advice on getting their rings adjusted to fit their finger properly - fantastic service and would highly recommend for anyone who needs any of their jewellery cleaned or readjusted.

My engagement ring and wedding ring both needed to be resized, my engagement ring had broken and my wedding rings' engraving had worn away. I am delighted with the work carried out by 'Granellis'. The experience from start to finish was fantastic. Paul listened to what I wanted and with his knowledge and guidance he was able to create a beautiful and bespoke piece of jewelry for a engagement ring. The work was completed with plenty time to spare and Paul's attention to detail brilliant. I would definitely recommend and I will be using Paul's services again. Over the moon with my bespoke diamond ring. Paul was extremely helpful with guiding me in the design process and choosing the perfect diamond.
