A wonderful selection of jewellry to choose from at surprisingly reasonable prices. Needed a necklace repaired and it was attended to immediately much to my surprise and complete satisfaction. For lovers of good jewellery this shop is certainly worth a visit.

Called in on the off chance this morning to ask Paul to look at some earrings I had bought elsewhere for my daughter in law that appeared broken. In minutes they were fixed for no charge. How lovely that shops like this still exist and provide such a lovely friendly service. We will be back.

Went in recently to get my sterling silver bracelet cleaned as it got tarnished whilst at a spa break. Paul and his team reassured me they'd be able to clean my bracelet and also offered to clean my rings for free when I went to collect my bracelet. My bracelet is shiny and clean again and I can't thank Paul and his team enough. A few friends have been to have their rings cleaned for free and were provided with helpful advice on getting their rings adjusted to fit their finger properly - fantastic service and would highly recommend for anyone who needs any of their jewellery cleaned or readjusted.

I recently went to Paul Granelli to get my husbands gold chain repaired and polished for his 40th birthday, the lady was so lovely and helpful, the chain was presented back to me absolutely good as new and I was also given a lovely box to put the chain in, I’m so pleased I chose Paul Granelli and will be definitely going back again for future gifts.

After losing a diamond from my ring, Paul advised and repaired my precious ring beautifully. The replacement diamond was matched perfectly with the other remaining diamonds and it looked like new once repaired. Fantastic repair and service.....would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service received here. Repaired and remodelled a vintage platinum diamond ring set which had belonged to my mother. Paul came to my rescue after I had experienced difficulty with a different jeweller/company, following being dissatisfied with my engagement ring setting. Paul listened to my concerns and was very informative and honest about what could be achieved. Paul's knowledge and guidance helped me to receive a refund for the setting I was dissatisfied with from the previous company. Throughout the process I was kept up to date by Christine who was always at the end of the phone to assist me with any queries. My new bespoke engagement ring is more than I could have hoped for. The attention to detail really is a testament to Paul's experience within the industry. On request Paul also kindly filmed parts of the creation of my ring, a very special memento which i cannot wait to see. Paul worked especially hard to ensure my ring was ready for Christmas eve. I would definitely recommend his services and I am eternally grateful for his superior craftsmanship. I am sure we will be back for our wedding bands!

I didn't actually purchase directly from Paul. My Girlfriend surprised me with a gift (Cartier Roadster Chronograph) watch which I have always wanted. She has had nothing but good praise for the service she received from Paul and Christine which went on for some time from choosing the watch, preparing it etc and keeping in contact with her both face to face and via the phone.When my partner gave me the watch I was very happy however being a used watch there were a couple of scratches and a link that needed taking out in order for it to fit me properly. I have just visited the shop myself today to get these minor jobs done and true to their word within an hour my watch was ready to collect fitting perfect and looking even better than when I first received it. I to can now echo my girlfriends feedback and say they were both a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.I didn't get to thank you Paul when collecting as I believe you had left for the day and incase Christine doesn't pass it on - THANK YOU! Hopefully deal with you again in the future.
